PACKAGE A:
WHOLE STAFF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Our Whole Staff Professional Development Package Includes The Following:

  •  Teachers will engage in a professional development session either in person or virtually.
  • The school will be provided with 25 copies of the Thoughtful Teacher book.
  • The school will be provided with 25 copies of the Thoughtful Teacher implementation manual.
  • A Thoughtful Teacher consultant will be assigned to conduct classroom visits over a period of 2 days and provide feedback to 8 teachers.

Package B:
Comprehensive Coaching For Teachers

Our Comprehensive Coaching Package Includes The Following:

1 on 1 Coaching

  • Our coach conducts 5 non-evaluative classroom visits
  • Our coach provides teachers with real-time feedback
  • Our coach provides customized coaching support over a period up to 3 months
Additional Features Included In Our Comprehensive Coaching Package

  • Thoughtful Teacher Online Course or Professional Development Session (2 hours).

  • The school will be provided up to 20 Copies of Thoughtful Teacher book.

  • Up to 20 Copies of Thoughtful Teacher Planning Guide

Package C:
New Teacher Institutes

Our New Teacher Institutes are intended to support first and second year teachers in establishing a strong foundation in the area of classroom management. 

Our New Teacher Institute Package Includes The Following:

  • Thoughtful Teacher Online Course or in-person professional development session (2 hours)
  • A Thoughtful Teacher coach is assigned to support participating teachers over a period of 2 days
  • The coach will conduct class visits and provide real-time feedback to teachers
  • Participating teachers will engage in 2 following professional development sessions (small group)
  • Participating teachers will receive a copy of the Thoughtful Teacher Manual
  • Participating teachers will receive a copy of the Thoughtful Teacher Implementation Guide.
